Customer Support Technician (Moscow)
Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to support existing and potential customers with CQG product discovery, education, problem resolution, and account management.
Responsibilities:
•Support customers with installation, training, and technical queries on all CQG products
•Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service via telephone, website inquiries, and at the customer site
•Provide education and training to customers on all aspects of CQG products, including market data, technical analysis and trade routing interfaces
•Utilize and maintain Customer Management Database software
•Undertake research, testing, data quality, and documentation projects as appropriate
•Introduce CQG products and services to potential clients
•Provide quality trial and customer on-boarding experience to prospects
•Prepare, deliver, and track the status of contracts
•Create and manage CQG Account and individual systems
•Learn, follow and communicate Sales Administration procedures
•Ensure the compliance of exchange contract rules
Education, Experience, Skills:
•Completion of studies in Computer Science, OR technical certification OR equivalent work experience
•Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with people
•Basic understanding of financial markets
•Fully bilingual with excellent oral and writing communication skills in both Russian and English
•Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
•This position is located in the Moscow offices and requires regular office hours.
•The person will be a member of distributed international team.
